If i am Self-employed, do I need to have a business open under my name to file the taxes?
There is NO need for a business open under your name to file your taxes.
I do have dependents but they dont have SSN. Can still include them on my taxes as a dependent?
Yes, you can! But, to do that, they need to have an ITIN number.
I do own a Business, should I file taxes separately, one for my business and another as a individual?
It depends what entity is your business. If is a sole member, you just file your individual including a Schedule C for your business. If it is a partnership, S corp, or C corp, you need to file your business separately by March 15. After that, you file your individual taxes.
