This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Ana Hill Tax & Accounting Services LLC and the internal users authorized to access this private integration.
1. Grant of License This application is a proprietary integration developed for the sole purpose of connecting QuickBooks Online data with internal automation workflows via n8n. Ana Hill Tax & Accounting Services LLC grants authorized personnel a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for internal business operations.
2. Restrictions
- Internal Use Only: This application is for the exclusive use of Ana Hill Tax & Accounting Services LLC. Public access, resale, or distribution of this application is strictly prohibited.
- Proprietary Rights: All title and copyrights in and to the application are owned by Ana Hill Tax & Accounting Services LLC.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty This application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Use of the application is at the user’s own risk, intended for the purpose of administrative efficiency and data synchronization.
4. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use this internal tool.
