1. Data Collection and Usage The App accesses financial records, including invoices, customer lists, and account balances, solely to facilitate internal bookkeeping and automation workflows. This data is used to streamline administrative tasks for the firm.

2. Data Storage and Security

  • Self-Hosted Processing: Data processed by the App is handled via a private, self-hosted instance of n8n.
  • Access Control: Access to the integration is restricted to authorized owners and employees of Ana Hill Tax & Accounting Services LLC using OAuth2 authentication and encrypted credentials.
  • Retention: Data is only retained as long as necessary to complete the automated transaction or as required by standard accounting record-keeping practices.

3. Data Sharing

Ana Hill Tax & Accounting Services LLC does not sell, trade, or share any data retrieved from the QuickBooks API with third parties. Data remains within the firm’s controlled environment at all times.

4. User Rights As this is an internal tool, data access is managed by the firm’s administrators. Authorized users may request details on data processing via the firm’s internal IT protocols.
